All paid in full / cash purchase sales of properties listed on our website are final. Payments made for any owner-financed / terms property listed on our website are non-refundable after a purchase agreement has been signed. However, we do allow property exchanges for up to 3 years for owner-financed properties that are in good standing. We reserve the right to change the price of any property listed on our website at any time without notice.
